Thomas Psychiatry is in network with several commercial insurance companies. For clients with out of network insurance plans, we can provide a detailed receipt or “superbill” which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible out of network insurance reimbursement.
Co-payments and coinsurance are due at the time of service. It is highly recommended that clients consult with their insurance company prior to their appointment to determine if services will be covered in full by their insurance company.
Please note that services are provided with the understanding that the client is ultimately responsible for the costs of services. It will be the client’s responsibility to coordinate with their insurance company if a claim is denied. It is also the client’s responsibility to notify our office of changes to insurance or contact information.
